A smart device has a long service life cycle. In this period, apart from the regular device data, organisations need to manage complete device asset lifecycle, alarms, replacements, warranties, keys etc. The smart devices are dependent on communication network to carry the data. Due to complex end to end processes and involvement of multiple device vendors, the service management team require to manage multiple moving pieces. This management processes become more complex if the utilities want to combine multiple network technologies to take advantages of the various types of smart devices to support utilities other business use cases.
The ISDP “Integrated Smart Devices Platform” is an integrated smart devices management platform. The platform supports vertical integration of each smart device service management capability. Through its gateway service, the platform can integrate with utility’s other systems. Platform’s dashboards present the latest 360-degree view of a device and the communication network it is on. Users uses a single application to manage smart devices on multiple network technologies.

The cloud technologies have been evolving fast. To take the best out of a cloud service, businesses have to keep updating some of the underlying technologies of their applications as the technologies improve. This requires a constant availability of the right technology resources and organisation’s appetite for change. This new paradigm doesn't fit well with most of the organisations' current business and IT operating model. We update our SaaS application continuously to take advantages of the latest cloud services. We think our SaaS product will help utilities to transition to cloud and get the best out of it.
SaaS Integration Service
The ISDP platform is delivered as 'Software as a Service' (SaaS). As part of the on-boarding, we integrate SaaS application with utility’s systems and platform. Our SaaS product is currently on the AWS Cloud. To integrate the application, we can work independently or with the utility's preferred system integrator.
